An absolutely massive help would have done therapy years ago if they were all like her

Excellent therapist who has aided me immensely

Kay is great. 100% recommend. After six years with a different (in person) therapist, I had reached a plateau, and I needed someone who would challenge my thinking and pre-conceptions on various issues (family relationships, self esteem, work addiction etc) and she does exactly that. We wonder into all sorts of areas of my life and honestly don't always agree, but we spend our time together working through key issues, and I always come off calls feeling stronger, with a sense of renewed clarity and direction.

Kay truely listens and understands, and is skilled in giving strategies and skills that supported me back into work, and in recovery from burnout. She also supported me to understand a new neurodiversety diagnosis, and how to look after myself to set myself up for success in light of this. I am really greatful for Kays expertise and support :).

Didn't think I'd find someone who spoke to me like I needed to be spoke to in an understanding way but then also calling me out, it was a pleasure and I'm continuing to speak to her after nanny failed attempts at speaking to people

Kay has been brilliant at helping me identify areas where I struggle and has provided both sensitive and direct point of view, to help me better identify areas where I am struggling, but may not be able to identify myself and providing insight as to how I can overcome these using different strategies.
