I feel so lucky to have found Kayla. She is an amazingly empathetic counselor who also has real suggestions to get you out of your comfort zone. I am constantly impressed with how much she can process and how deeply she listens. She also works harder than any counselor I've ever experienced. I send her updates from time to time and writes back an enormous amount back of positive feedback...keeping me on track between sessions.
