Kayla Schneibel is sweet and understanding. She is a great active listener which make you feel comfortable like you are talking to a friend. She then helps you prioritize and sets goals with you for what to work on and then helps you tackle those goals through worksheets and therapy sessions.

Kayla is a great listener and challenges your thinking to make you dig deeper and help get to the root of your problems. She provides you with great worksheets to improve yourself outside of sessions!

Kayla has been great through this whole process! She’s been a great listener, commutative about topics and ideas, and is great at helping understand the logic behind emotions. This is my first form of therapy and I’ve never thought it would be this comfortable, but because of Kayla it has become a seamless part of my life, for the better!

Kayla has been great to work with so far. Her approach is down to earth, relatable, and knowledgeable. She makes therapy models very digestible and easy to understand. As former mental health professional myself it’s nice that there is no assumption that I already know something or don’t need help with it- instead she rolls up her sleeves and we dig in, have intellectual discourse about it, and she helps me do the work. Her feedback is honest, non leading, and supportive. I definitely recommend her for anyone who has been through a few therapists and really just wants to get right into it without a lot of the usual fluff!

Kayla is an amazing therapist. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with therapy, and she has completely changed my perspective. She’s very easy to talk to and gives very good advice
