About me

Kayla is licensed in Wisconsin with 3 years of professional work experience and recently opened a private practice 3XC Consulting with in person/virtual options in Camp Douglas & Grand Marsh. Kayla has experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, and confidence, coping with life changes, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & depression. Kayla believes that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Kayla began her career by working for over ten years in veterinary medicine. Kayla decided to merge her two passions of helping people and interest in animals by obtaining a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, with a specialty in animal assisted therapy and opening 3XC Consulting. Along with Animal assisted therapy, Kayla has experience working with patients with behavioral needs, through integration in the school setting as well as outpatient Kayla has experience working in group home settings, the alternative schools in the area, and traditional schools previously.
