Kedra is such a great counselor! She listens well and is able to give specific and thoughtful feedback. I have had only a handful of sessions with her but already feel like I am turning a corner. I have had therapists in the past, and none of them were as effective or as thoughtful as Kedra.
Amazing, listens and knows exactly what I need in terms of support. Answers in a timely manner and is super super friendly!
In 3 weeks, I went from chaos to calm. Kedra is amazing. She listens actively, and you feel like it's a conversation, rather than an interrogation. Her advice is clear, concise, and applicable. I am blessed by the universe to have been matched with Kedra...thank you, love!
She is really great. I am enjoying our chats. Very knowledgable. Its been really beneficial for me
Kedra is amazing, and I'm so grateful for her work with me. She is patient, understanding and has a heart of gold. She's also very talented.
Kedra has been a great counselor for me. She is not robotic and listens and responds in a way that lets you know she has your best interests in mind. If I need counseling again I would definitely want to have her back if possible .
From the minute I talked to her on the phone I felt a slight change in my direction. I can’t wait to see where this takes me. I am so grateful to have met her
Kedra really listens, but she doesn't stop there!
She helps me process the words, thoughts, and feelings I share. She also personalizes the counseling experience, adjusting her practice based on my needs for that session. She helps me focus on clear therapy goals and works diligently with me to move forward and achieve them. She also encourages me to be realistic in my expectations of myself, which is important as often I want to change all the parts of my life at once! She is encouraging and provides strategies to help in my day-to-day life, but she also focuses on tackling the difficult emotional processing necessary to address the trauma that brought me to therapy.
Kedra is very responsive to "check-in" messages between sessions. This part differs from face-to-face counseling, and I find it VERY helpful! Better Help surely matched me with the right counselor for my personal needs and therapy goals. I would recommend her without reservation.
Kedra is amazing. I have had 2 sessions with her and after both sessions I feel confident that I am in the right place. So blessed to have found such a kind, professional person to guide me to be the person I want to be.
BetterHelp has done a great job on matching me with my counselor, Kedra. I feel like she listens and truly understands my situation in a way that I have not experienced in past attempts at therapy. She seems to know where to focus to help me make the progress I’ve been trying to find. Kedra is kind and positive. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
