Kesha notices small details, in a conversation than can open up into deep roots, and gently points them out without my even needing to explain the entirety of the situation. It’s refreshing like she knows me, and it’s only been a few sessions.

I’ve really been enjoying my therapy sessions with my therapist. She listens to my concerns and actively keeps track of my progress. She’s always there if I need to reach out on the whim and gets back to me quickly and with a lot of passion. If something comes up on either end we’re able to reschedule and pick up right where we left off. I was very unsure about seeking therapy through BetterHelp before but I’m very glad I decided to do, and very happy to have been paired with an amazing therapist

Keesha is an outstanding therapist. She really listens and asks questions to understand the whole situation. From there she is able to offer very good advice or get to the root of why that is happening rather that be my thoughts or actions. She is wonderful
