Keisha Walker, LCSW
About me
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Whether you can clearly name what’s troubling you or simply feel that something isn’t right, you don’t have to sort it out alone. I am a licensed clinical social worker with about 8 clinical years of experience. My goal as a therapist is to help you identify, express, and untangle your thoughts and emotions while building the strength to move forward. If you’ve experienced trauma, we’ll process it gently and at your pace. I believe in cultivating calm, grace, and patience as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll draw on your strengths to build resilience, work toward acceptance, and move through grief or forgiveness in a way that feels safe and manageable.
I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, adapting them to your unique needs and personality. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, creating a supportive environment where you can explore challenges and discover new ways of coping.
Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to meet you where you are. With patience and care, we’ll create a space where honesty, healing, and growth are possible.
Currently, I am only part time, so my calendar is limited to Saturdays.

I can’t say enough good things about my therapist. From the very first session, she put my nerves at ease and made the entire experience feel comfortable and approachable. She is incredibly down to earth, which makes it so easy to open up and be honest. I never feel judged, only supported.
She truly listens and takes the time to understand my concerns, which has made a huge difference in how effective our sessions are. I was initially worried about finding someone who would really understand me, but she has exceeded those expectations. Her professionalism combined with her warm, understanding nature creates a space where I feel safe and heard.
Our meetings feel natural and productive, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist.
