Keith has been truly life-changing for me. From the very beginning, he created a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where I felt comfortable being honest and vulnerable. His insight, compassion, and ability to ask the right questions have helped me navigate some very difficult situations and gain a much deeper understanding of myself.

I couldn’t ask for a better fit for a therapist. Keith listens incredibly well and responds so thoughtfully to everything I say (and I say a lot). He’s taught me so much about not trying to outsmart my emotions and instead actually allowing myself to feel and process them. One of the things I appreciate most is that he’s genuinely proud of how far I’ve come over the past few years in therapy — even when that growth means needing fewer sessions. I’m beyond grateful for his consistent guidance, insight, and support.

Keith is incredible. He challenges me to think differently and from varying perspectives. He’s direct and kind. So grateful for him.
