About me

Keith Kilgore is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and a retired United States Army Chaplain. He currently serves as a psychotherapist for the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Drum, NY, where he provides counseling and support to soldiers and their family members. Over the years, he has worked with individuals and couples, helping service members and their spouses navigate the unique challenges of military life.

His areas of focus include PTSD, insomnia, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anger issues, and veterans’ issues. He also brings a deep understanding of the impact of combat and military culture on mental health and family life.

If your faith is important to you, I am qualified to integrate your Christian beliefs into the counseling process. At the same time, I respect and support clients of all backgrounds and spiritual perspectives.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, and to walk alongside you as you work toward growth, resilience, and healing.
