About me
As a licensed therapist in Connecticut, I bring over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My approach is deeply compassionate and tailored to each person's unique journey. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, and self-esteem challenges.
My therapeutic work focuses on addressing communication barriers, workplace stress, isolation, and men's mental health concerns. I'm committed to helping individuals rediscover their sense of purpose and work through feelings of guilt and shame. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth.
I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I'm dedicated to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and professional expertise. Together, we can work towards healing, understanding, and positive transformation. I am certified in EMDR and am a registered Art Therapist.
