I work with adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and substance use. I come from a strength-based, solution focused and person centered approach with clients' goals in mind. I work from psycho-dynamic, DBT, CBT, and 12 step facilitation theoretical frameworks. My interests include mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation, physical and mental health concerns.
