About me

Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm so happy you reached out for help!

I am Kelley Kramer, a licensed counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I know sometimes stress, anxiety, relationships, and life changes can get in the way of positive mental health. Depression and worry can oftentimes rob us of our potential. Past trauma can sometimes intrude on our current life, and freeze us in our tracks.

I work with adults who have these problems and more. You can read more about my background, education, experience, and counseling approach by clicking on my name on this page.

I generally check messages several times per day, and I'll respond as quickly as I can. I endeavor to be responsive to my clients' needs, and will respond evenings and weekends if you request.

I look forward to working with you!

Kelley has helped me understand the dynamics of my family situation as well as other relationships, and how to move forward. I have a better understanding of how the actions of others trigger my own reactions, and how I can process that in a healthy way. I have a way to go before I feel truly confident, but I am on the right path.

Kelley is wonderful. She helped me through a tough time and gave me several easy strategies to deal with adversity in the future. I had never tried therapy before and was unsure about the process but Kelley made it simple and natural. Highly recommend working with her.
