I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio with 14 years of professional experience working with adult FEMALE (sorry male clients;) clients 18 years old and up. My areas of focus include mild to moderate depression (excludes severe or treatment resistant depression and bipolar disorders), anxiety, stress management, trauma, grief/loss/bereavement, life transitions/purpose, women issues, self-esteem/confidence, and developing boundaries/assertive communication. My hours of operation are M-F 8a-330p. After 330p M-TH, I can accommodate messaging chat sessions only. Phone call or video sessions will not be possible after 330p.

I DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE with clients who have challenges or issues related to severe/treatment resistant depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, substance abuse/addiction of any kind, ASD autism spectrum disorders, marriage/couples issues, family issues, parenting issues, personality disorders, eating disorders, phobias, schizophrenia, psychosis, fetishes, sexual disorders, or gender issues/gender dysphoria. If you need support in any of these areas, please seek out other therapists who list these areas of expertise in their profile description.

My therapy approach consists of an eclectic combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, existential, Jungian, Adlerian, Gestalt, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, integrative/holistic, psychodynamic, humanistic, mindfulness-based, art therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I work with adult female clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be shared and explored without judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
