It is so nice to have someone listen to my feelings and not judge. Also I appreciate all her suggestions for improving. Thank You Kelly!!
Kelly has been a real source of comfort and support. I am grateful to have her.
When I talk to Kelly, I feel like I am talking to a very wise friend.
Kelly and I clicked right from the start. She has helped me these past few weeks more than I have ever helped myself in 30+ years. She is very knowledgeable and has great techniques for the coping mechanisms I need to develop. I look forward to our long relationship.
Kelly has been very supportive and gives very actionable advice that has helped me.
Kelly is super awesome!
I have only had two live sessions so far with Kelly Brast, and it already feels like I am talking with a wise and trusted friend. She has brought so much more out of me than I dreamed possible prior to this counseling experience. And I have had years of therapy prior to trying BetterHelp. In such a short amount of time on the app, with Kelly, so much has changed for me. She has given me a lot of clarity and understanding and some wonderful guidance and direction. I feel so lucky to have been matched with her!
I really liked talking to Kelly. She listened and helped me view things from a different perspective that helped a lot for me since I can be one track minded at times.
Very knowledgeable with tools to help your specific needs.
I came to Kelly when I was at a really low point in my life. I didn't know what to expect, as one would with any therapist, but Kelly was everything I never knew I wanted in a therapist, and more. She was funny, she was patient, she was kind, and understanding. Even though I never personally met her, she touched my heart, and helped get my life in the right direction. I really and truly appreciate her ability to treat you like a friend you've known all your life. She makes it really easy to open up, and she does a wonderful job with helping you connect the dots in your brain. I would recommend her a million times if I could!
Kelly Brast offers real support and listens well to my issues, and helps me think about a variety of ways to resolve them.
Kelly's amazing, and has really made me see things through a different perspective. Never had this much progress with therapy before.
I am so lucky I was matched with Kelly. She has been amazing. I can't believe how quickly she identified my issues and helped me realize what I need to do. She is kind, encouraging, and responds very promptly. I feel like I am able to be honest with her and she doesn't judge me.
I was skeptical when I joined Betterhelp, but I grew to trust Kelly. She is awesome and supportive.
Kelly is amazing she listens really well and gives great advice!
Kelly entered my life during a very stressful time in my life. From day one she was bright, supportive and so insightful. We have made some very good progress in a very short time. She is dedicated to her clients and I believe she really cares.
Kelly has been a breath of fresh air for me. Being able to talk to someone who is unbiased in my situation has been incredibly uplifting for me. She responds in a timely manner to my messages and is extremely encouraging. She also asks questions in a certain way that makes you think through situations. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking out counseling services.
Since speaking with Kelly i have been able to work thorough some long rooted issues. Giving me a little better perspective on what I need to do for myself to move forward with a happier me. And if I didn't reach out for a few days it was nice that she would still check in to make sure I was doing ok.
Kelly Brast is by far the best therapist I have EVER worked with. How she taps into personality types to be able to talk not like a "therapist" but more of a friend, with knowledge and training. How she is able to balance those aspects in the way she does is impeccable.
She is caring but will light JUST enough of a motivational "fire" under your butt to get you going in the right direction.
From day one, her ability to get ME to open up shocked even myself.
This BetterHelp therapist deserves an award, and I would personally travel TO the ceremony to clap for her amazing skills and ways she is undoubtedly helping many, many people with her skills.
Kelly is amazing and a great listener. In a short amount of time she has helped me with a lot and understand more about myself. She has supported me in the things I love and motivated me to keep going. Anyone would be very lucky to have her as a counselor.
