About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor licensed in Indiana with over 20 years of experience working as an individual and group counselor. I have worked with clients in a wide range of settings including outpatient therapy, residential care, forensic settings, and mandated clients. My work has primarily focused on helping individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief / loss, and parenting problems. I am comfortable working with individuals who also present with autism, and / or cognitive delays.

My counseling style is friendly, supportive, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I like to involve the client in the therapeutic process and in treatment decision-making. If we are working together, it is important to me that you know why we are working together, and what goals we plan to pursue during our time together. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I recognize the courage it takes to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take the first step towards those goals, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Very kind and understanding woman. Listens well, gives great advice , coping skills, and lets me get everything that I have pent up for so long off my chest.

For the short amount of time I have worked with Kelly, she has helped tremendously with my mental battles. She listens to me and gives great feedback, as well as making me feel I am not alone.
