From our first conversation I felt comfortable being myself & being open with my feelings/goals. I’m very scatter brained & she let the conversation just flow with however my brain led it. I felt heard.

She is a very kind and caring person, since the day I started talking to her for my mental health situation I felt welcomed and cared for like my family should make me feel. She is very quick to respond to my out of session messages. She’s never been late or missed a therapy appointment. Always recommends me literature and stuff that actually helps!

Kelly is compassionate, kind, and has good insights. I feel better after a counseling session than I do before, and I feel like that’s a sign of a good therapist.
