About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor with certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor and Master Addictions Counselor. I have been in the field for over 10 years and have worked with individuals of varying ages from all walks of life.

Regardless of the circumstances, I strive to utilize a strengths-based approach in the therapeutic process while also focusing on cognitive-behavioral interventions to bring about desirable outcomes. My philosophy of care is to educate and enlighten individuals with the self-knowledge and self-understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, both positive and negative, in an effort to equip them with the tools necessary to not only obtain, but maintain, a high quality of life filled with personal and professional growth, satisfaction, and fulfillment.

My background as a counselor, educator, and business owner provide me with the skills, knowledge and expertise to assist individuals from all walks of life who are desiring change. My guiding principle is, “Change your thoughts, change your world.”
