Welcome! My name is Kelly and I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, and a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I have over 10 years experience working in the mental health field, and about 8 years of experience doing individual therapy. I went to college at the University at Buffalo, and then graduate school at Hofstra University. I have experience working in a variety of mental health settings, and I am well-versed in virtual teletherapy. Kelly checks in on me if I haven't responded in a while and makes me think about what I've sent from a third party perspective. I love talking to her!

I have been dealing with Kelly Owens for almost 5 months. She makes me feel heard for possibly the first time in my life. She is kind, respectful, incredibly insightful, and she offers many suggestions to help me help myself. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate, intelligent, and patient therapist. I still have a lot of work to do, but Kelly has helped me so much in such a short amount of time. I am very grateful to her.

I haven't been with Kelly long, but WOW she is wonderful. In the short time ive been working with her she's helped me in many ways. I was very nervous about therapy, and thought i wouldn't be able to open up. But Kelly makes it feel like a true conversation, she makes me feel heard and like I matter and I appreciate that. She has made it easy for me to open up.
