Kelly Van Vleet, LCMHC
About me
I’m a licensed therapist in North Carolina, and I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life’s more complex emotional challenges. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through relationship struggles, and create meaningful, lasting growth. I have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship concerns and addiction.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be real about what you’re going through- whether that’s feeling overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, or stuck in patterns of guilt or shame. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, improving communication, and helping you feel more confident and connected to your true self.
I use evidence-based approaches while keeping things practical and relatable. My hope is to help you build resilience, develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
