I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and North Carolina with 7+ years of professional work experience. I enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and gender diverse individuals. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and ensure to make my clients feel part of this collaborative process. I take a holistic approach to working with my clients and utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my main treatment modalities. I believe in building a life worth living and would be honored to assist you with taking those first steps towards your goals.
