About me

Hello! I am happy that you are here!

My name is Kelsi Meredith and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years experience working with adults, children, families, and couples in a variety of settings. I received my Master's of Social Work while coaching collegiate Division 1 College Volleyball. Since then I have gone on to receive my clinical license and have worked in a variety of settings ranging from equine assisted psychotherapy, family therapy with at risk youth, in home family/individual therapy to problem sexual behavior in adolescence.

My approach is solution focused, strengths based, and client centered drawing heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, respectful, positive, and safe. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths to assist you in overcoming challenges.

Thank you again for being here and I look forward to working with you!

If you have the pleasure of having Kelsi as your therapist you’re in good hands. I’ve never been to therapy and I struggle with mainly anxiety and depression, Kelsi was my second therapist on this app and she has helped me through so much! She has challenged me in ways I didn’t think were possible. If it wasn’t for her and my fiancé I don’t think I’d be in as good as a place I am in. She’s helped me understand my fears and how to control my thoughts. She’s made me feel valid in my feeling and has helped me to communicate my emotions to my fiancé so he can better understand me. All I can say is thank you Kelsi!! If you have the option to choose her just know you are getting the best help out there!

A perfect balance of heart and skill. Kelsi really makes you feel you are supported. Her way of gently guiding you, like a light through the woods, helping you find your own way through the tangles and to see what works, really restores hope that there are genuine kind people out there who will help you.
