Kendra is amazing at talking me off the ledge and making me realize my strengths that I wouldn't otherwise see. I am very grateful for her

It was hard for me to join therapy because I was afraid of the hunt for a fit therapist. Kendra is great! Very easy to talk to. Great listener. Offer resources and insight as to why I may feel this way and discuss things I can practice to improve. This experience has been a life changer for me and I would highly recommend.

I hope my therapist can point out some of the things that my girlfriend talks about and help me reach a better goal. This is my first time doing Therapy and I hope this helps me become a better person and grow. I just wanna become the best version of myself but not just in my relationship but within workin work etc.. Any childhood Trauma and general curses I wanna break free from. I really enjoyed your council method. I liked that you asked me questions that would help me reflect and work through my issues. I noticed that you never jumped to conclusions but allowed me to open up and express myself without fear of rejection or judgment. I can't thank you enough.
