ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I believe that the counseling relationship is a very authentic interaction between therapist and client. The relationship alone has the power to produce change as long as there is trust, honesty, and motivation. In my practice, I am guided by three theoretical orientations: Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I view counseling as a journey of self-exploration and self awareness by the client. I, as the counselor act as a catalyst for this journey. I would love to assist you in coming up with solutions and reaching your desired goal. I believe that the client is the expert of his/her life and that they hold in possession the answers to their own questions. I look forward to assisting you in identifying those answers by helping you bring them to the surface.
