Kendrah is there to help you with your goals/issues. She really focuses on you and talks with you /listens to what you need to talk about. She asks questions and offers feedback when appropriate but still gives you more than enough time to talk through your thoughts. Previously I have run into therapists that wanted to do most of the talking about their experience and what they would do. That is not how Kendrah operates. She listens and really strives to help you get to a better place.

Mrs. Kendrah had such good advice for me and messaged me to check in with my headspace. She was so down to earth. Comfortable to talk to plus she would make sure she was available for me. You're in good hands.

Kendrah is a very relaxing experience when it comes to therapy. She presents it in a very laid back way that allows me to feel comfortable sharing what's on my mind. The way that I've been processing everything has been me speaking and working through it on my own while having her professional opinion to give confidence to how I feel.
