Kennedy Jackson, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, as well as grief and loss. I'm passionate about helping people rebuild self-esteem and cultivate deeper self-compassion.
My approach centers on meaningful communication and helping you reconnect with your sense of purpose. I specialize in addressing social anxiety, guilt, shame, and the barriers that keep you from moving forward—including supporting you through the healing work of forgiveness.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own story. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and discover your own path toward growth and healing. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace and authenticity in your life.
