Therapy offers reflection and redefines what is possible in your life. For nearly two decades I have been in position to see a number of individuals and families take advantage of the opportunity that therapy provides to create functional responses to the ups and downs of being alive. The therapeutic relationship is sacred to me because it is through the client-therapist connection that the mirror of self-awareness becomes clear. It is not unusual for each member of the relationship to have their life touched and changed for the better. I see it as an honor and privilege whenever someone invites me into their life and their private thoughts.
It is not our training or our education that makes us effective supporters of self-healing as much as it is our ability to create an environment of trust, honesty, and mutual understanding. Building this relationship and giving individuals the space to make decisions that support their emotional goals has been my area of expertise for quite some time. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, family issues, existential angst, and even spiritual crisis, the therapeutic relationship can work in your favor.
Additional areas of focus: Stress, Anxiety, Addictions, Relationship issues, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Self esteem

I am grateful to have been able to keep the same therapist for over 3 years. Kenneth understands my concerns in ways that allow me to process them verbally. He adapts to the circumstances I am experiencing and is willing to go the extra mile when I need it the most. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist.

Ken is the best therapist I've ever had. He is so knowledge, kind, and understanding. I'm so grateful for his help and always creating a safe space.

The first two questions on this survey I answered incorrectly by accident. Ken is a great therapist and I feel lucky to have connected with him.

Ken has an unparalleled ability to hold space for me in a way that allows me to see myself, be present with myself, return to myself, and grow in alignment with myself no matter what I'm going through or what challenges I'm experiencing. I came to him years ago as someone miserable and feeling trapped at the time, with no self-love and no real confidence that I could do anything about my situation(s), but here I am now with literally every single part of my life transformed and revolutionized with the help of Ken's supportive presence and skilful witness. I have learnt to show up for myself and I have learnt to come back to myself. There is no way a short review like this can accurately summarize the incredible experience it's been working with Ken, or all the simple yet deeply powerful tools he's equipped me with to practically guide me through various kinds of challenges. All I can say is I don't know a bigger blessing than to wish a Ken upon someone. I wish a Ken upon everyone.

Kenneth Joseph has been a great help in wading through my thoughts and suggesting practices to help me manage my anxious thoughts. I'm so thankful for his help, not sure where I would be without his help!
