Hi there! My name is Kerri Taylor, MS, LIMHP. I currently reside in Omaha, Nebraska. Throughout my childhood and adulthood I have lived in many parts of the country from little towns to large cities via military moves. It has been a pleasure to work with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures. For the past few years, I have been privileged to work with low income individuals specializing in trauma, domestic violence, major mental health and life skills assisting with finding hope in situations that can feel overwhelming. Some of my practical experience includes extensive volunteer work and support services for military families and individuals in transition.
Life often goes in waves. My goal is to assist you on your journey in a way you can enjoy the calm times and navigate through the periods of high tides. I am trained in many treatment modalities but tend to find the most success utilizing solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Confidentiality is of the utmost importance so that we can have a strong therapeutic bond and you feel comfortable sharing those parts of your life which you generally do not expose to the public world. I look forward to working with you!

She's a great listener that offers helpful and relative advice.
Kind and caring. Gives great advice on a variety of situations (relationships, work-life balance, training dogs, addiction). Maybe it's the different form of therapy, but I've never got along better with a therapist.
Kerri is amazing and our time together is always helpful. I appreciate her so much.
She’s awesome and very helpful
I’ve found Kerri very easy to talk to and she has excellent advice, suggestions and tools to help me work through some of the issues I’m dealing with right now. She’s quick to send additional materials I can look through and exercises I can try during the week and they’ve been great. I think this process will only get better and more focused over time.
Amazing therapist. Willing to discuss any topic or concern. Always quick to respond in gives multiple ways to have a counseling session. I would absolutely recommend her!
Kerri is kind, compassionate, a great listener and very straightforward with me when I ask her to be. She has been instrumental in my ability to move forward to take charge of my life.
Kerri was assigned to me and I am glad to be working with her. She is knowledgeable and thought provoking. We have been working together for over a month and I feel that she understands and is genuinely striving to help me work thru issues that I am trying my best to address and improve.
Kerri has helped me navigate a very difficult year. She is caring and compassionate, but most of all honest and respectful.
Kerri is the first person I’ve really felt like I can tell anything to. She has the best advice and since applying what she’s helped me with, I’ve noticed very positive changes in myself and my life. She’s really personable and I feel like I can really trust her with anything.
Kerri is so kind and a great listener! She always has suggestions for me and great coping methods.
Kerri is the best, she listens, nonjudmental, informative, understanding
Kerri is absolutely amazing. Given my wide range of trauma, I didn't think I would ever find a therapist that was experienced in all of the things I've faced, but by some miracle, Better Help match me with her immediately. Kerri approaches our sessions with an understanding of where I am and how I best receive communication. She is always supportive and consistently reminds me that I can reach out at anytime. I've got a long way yet to go, but I've come so far from where I was when I first began, thanks to Kerri!
Very attentive and informative! Listens without judgment and gives thoughtful feedback!

I believe better help set me up with the appropriate person who can relate with me in many ways I wasn't aware.
Kerri has been amazing! She has made me feel so safe and understood. I couldn’t have done the last couple of weeks without her!
I especially appreciate Kerri's flexibility in our sessions to switch gears as *I* may need rather than try to force a path she may have had planned. That said, she is also quite skillful at keeping the session productive; giving me relevant tools and/or goals to consider or do before next time.
She is the kindest and most supportive person I’ve ever had the pleasure of being my therapist.
I have had many therapists and Kerri has been the only therapist that have clicked with me...
