Kerry is wonderful! Kerry takes time to listen, even when I just want to rant about nothing! Kerry has been a great help the past year and I don't know how I would have managed my mind without her. I really appreciate everything she has helped me through, and I enjoy the way we work together, letting things just gradually flow. She's the best!

Kerry is a very articulate and empathetic therapist. She brings honesty and humour to our sessions. I have been able to build trust with her and don't feel embarrassed to be open. I have seen progress, never experience before and my self-esteem has never been better.

Kerry is a very thoughtful and practical therapist. Her approach is helping me unlock some deeply rooted challenges that I have been holding onto. I really appreciate how she is able to walk with me through the difficult parts of me that I am working through and provide guidance on how to navigate them better.

Kerry is a warm, kind, and compassionate therapist. I am looking forward to each and every session, so my sentiments about our work are overwhelmingly positive. It was my very first therapy experience, so I didn’t really know what to expect and was jittery, but Kerry made me feel comfortable and safe from the first call. Her presence is very calming, so it’s easy for me to open up to her. I appreciate her willingness to listen to me without judgment, guide me in my reflections, and provide valuable food for thought. I feel like I am finally untangling the utter chaos in my head and understanding myself better for the complex and contradictory person that I am.

We’ve been working for almost a year now and I am definitely getting better at dealing with life, controlling my inner critic, being gentle with myself, keeping my anxiety in check, breaking the grip of perfectionism and gaining a much-needed perspective.

Kerry is a very lovely therapist and she always listens to me carefully. Every session she brings in a thought or a new way of seeing things that helps me process my emotions and the events in my life. She's very thoughtful and she allows me to be myself while playing a long.

In a few short weeks Kerry has completely changed the way I think and feel absolutely for the better. She is extremely knowledgeable and immediately made me feel like I was talking to a real person who genuinely cares. Her direct and simple communication style is key to making me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed by our sessions. I believe Kerry could help every person on the planet. Every one needs a Kerry
