About me
I am an experienced Humanistic Integrative therapist.
Life can sometimes throw us a curve ball or our past catches up with us having a negative impact and influencing our decisions.
I aim to help clients find their true path in life enabling self awareness, change and growth through a therapeutic relationship. I provide warmth in a non judgemental , empathic space where we can explore what may be holding you back or causing you distress. Raising awareness of yourself as we work together through reflecting and compassionate reframing , enables you to understand yourself and make better decisions.
I always keep your best interests at the heart of everything enabling you to reach your full potential.
I work in a Relational way enabling autonomy with particular interests in trauma, depression and anxiety and issues of low self esteem , plus healing from infidelity and addictions. I hope to help you work through any limiting beliefs about yourself and help you build the best relationship with yourself and subsequently others. We are ever developing and I help you to stay in the moment and feel the joy of that experience.

I have had only two sessions with Kerry so far, but already we are making significant progress in understand my challenges and where they stem from. It is incredible how well Kerry manages to ask the right questions to probe and dissect whilst taking an extremely hands off approach. She simply allows me to flow through my train of thoughts openly and its an extremely eye opening experience. I highly recommend Kerry!

Kerry is a very caring person and I feel heard each time we have a session. She is quick to pick up what you are most worried about and able to gently probe into it so that you and she can direct it together
