Ketty has absolutely changed my life. She is so warm and supportive, while also very honest. She's the friend you always needed who will tell it to you straight and offer you the kindness you need. She provides tools for moving through difficult situations and responds quickly to messages if you need her. I am so grateful for Better Help and for Ketty and would recommend her to anyone who is experiencing trauma and abuse in any way.

I had my first 45 minute session with Ketty and it was fantastic. She listened to my specific questions and gave very helpful reasonable answers as to how to approach a specific issue that was troubling me. Not really able to dig into my issues and help me figure things out. Expects me to list things off every week that I want to work on when I’ve already discussed childhood trauma that I wished to address. Sure it’s good to figure out current things but if none come to mind I feel a good therapist should be able yo dig into what you’ve already provided them.

Ketty was an amazing therapist! She listened to what I had to say and was able to help me gain an understanding of my emotions after a traumatic event. She gave me the tools necessary to gain confidence and reclaim my power back again.

Therapy is one sliver of the healing journey. Ketty was there to support me through it, but did not make me feel like my healing was 100% dependent on only her. She helped me to realize my own strengths and potential, as well as what I needed to do in order to get to where I wanted to be.

I’ve had many therapists over the years and I’ve never been complete open and honest with any of them. This time is different because it’s over the phone (my preference) and ketty makes it so easy to tell her the truth and she give me real feed back and doesn’t sugar coat it. Which is exactly what I need. Working with her so far has been great. She is honestly helping me through some serious issues in my life and I don’t feel judged. I highly recommend her!
