I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Michigan and certified in Michigan as a supervisor of limited licensed counselors working toward full licensure. I have worked in the human services field for 25 years and specifically as a therapist for the last 19 after procuring a Master of Sciences degree in Counseling from National Louis University in 2001.

I utilize an eclectic approach based on an individuals needs and goals utilizing such therapies as Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential Based, Family Systems and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Please know you are doing the right thing and research reveals that simply taking actions to address our problems can lead to significant benefit in the process of healing.
