I have been having therapy with Kevin for around 3 weeks, and i am already seeing an improvement with my anxiety and low mood. We have talked through a lot and im slowly starting to see and accept putting in boundaries in relationships and friendships which is helpful! I look forward to our sessions as i feel listened too, which overall helps me calm down
