I feel that this review is a bit premature, because I am still going to therapy, and most likely need much more. So far though, Dr. is Stefanek has been very insightful, helpful, and is a great listener. I look forward to opening up more with him about more things that have been affecting me and what tools he can give me to overcome my obstacles.

Dr. Stefanek has been an absolute godsend in my life. So many of the things that I still hadn’t solved on my own, but thought I could easily solve on my own, I never did.
Now with him I am able to talk through them with someone in a way that allows me to speak, candidly, and then I can go about figuring out how to become better at those things during the week until we talk again. It’s been wonderful.
