About me
Hi, and welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and challenged in ways that help you grow. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to better understand what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
I work with adults and couples experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. I also enjoy helping individuals strengthen boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and evidence-based relationship interventions to help clients identify patterns, develop insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to become the best version of yourself, we’ll work together to create goals that are realistic and meaningful to you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I strive to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care while helping clients feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they pursue healing and growth.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while also helping you develop practical tools for lasting change, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
I look forward to working with you.
