Keziah Rhoden
About me
Hi, I’m Keziah — an integrative counsellor and yoga therapist.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s been weighing on you.
My approach is person-centred and relational, which means our work is led by you. I’ll meet you with warmth, compassion, and respect, listening without judgement or pressure. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin — therapy can be a place to gently make sense of things as they are.
People often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in confidence, grieving, navigating change, or carrying the longer-term effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. Whatever brings you, you’re welcome just as you are.
Alongside talking therapy, I bring a trauma-informed, body-aware approach. If it feels helpful, we may gently notice how stress or emotions show up in your body and explore grounding tools such as breath awareness. This is always optional and guided by your comfort — there’s no pressure to work in this way.
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, and my practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence-aware, and inclusive. Clients often describe me as calming, kind, and steady.
What sessions are like
Sessions are a space to talk openly and reflect, at your own pace. Some sessions may feel more exploratory, others more grounding or practical. We’ll go slowly, check in regularly about what feels helpful, and adapt our work as your needs change.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers a steady, compassionate presence and space to be real, I’d be glad to work with you.

This is my first experience with therapy. I always thought it wasn’t for me and I wouldn’t like it. I was really nervous the first few sessions but honestly it has made the world of difference. Keziah is so lovely, she’s intuitive and very insightful. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Keziah has made me feel so comfortable throughout all of our sessions, especially during our first call which I think is really important if you’ve never done therapy before. I always feel listened to and I know it’s a safe space where I can be open about my feelings without any worry of judgement.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Keziah. It was my first time having therapy and it felt so natural and easy to talk to Keziah about all the things going on in my life. She is so calm and happy and never makes you feel that your problems are to big or complicated. She has taught me how to manage my anxiety and emotions using breathing and grounding techniques. She has talked through many problems and given me useful questions to think about and strategies to use within my life to manage it better. I am very grateful for all her help and I am grateful she has given me such a great start to therapy.

Keziah is being God sent to me. She has a deep centered empathic supportive presence that is truly therapeutic to me.
After every session she sends me a message reflecting on the session. I know this is huge and time consuming yet she does it. I finds these accurate and truly reflections spot on. This is also very therapeutic as it gives me a concrete sense that she heard me and understood.
I need this so much at this time on my life so I feel a huge gratitude.
