I worked with Kiami for about 10 months, after having previously had a not-so-great experience with a counselor who did not listen. Kiami listened carefully, asked good questions, and helped me to avoid, intercept, and take on negative thought processes. She taught me how to prioritize self-care. I would eagerly recommend her to all looking for an attentive and supportive ear.

My experience with Kiami these last six months has been incredible. From the first call I knew that she was a well fit match. It felt comfortable and a safe open space for me to share. I have made so many improvements in my personal and professional life and I know that I can credit her with giving me clear, easy to understand and implement support. She was quickly able to help me “connect the dots” while I navigated some challenging times. Kiami is such a wonderful listener and has armed me with new tools that I implement daily as she helps me work on the goals I’ve set. I very much look forward to our weekly calls. Thank you.

Kiami is persistent in her muting of the negative voice anxiety often speaks. With her help I am creating a proactive, mindful approach to life. It is liberating! I am very appreciative!
