It's very difficult to be in stressful situations that can cause lots of anxiety and self-doubt. Perhaps you're looking for something more than advice from family and friends. If you're looking for a warm and inviting counseling atmosphere, I am eager to work with you to develop effective coping skills and a greater self-awareness to reach your full potential. Together, you and I can work to set goals that are appropriate and attainable for you, at your pace. For therapy to be effective for you, I work hard to build genuine and long lasting trust.
I am a graduate of California State University, Fresno and California State University, Long Beach, where I received my Bachelors and my Masters degrees respectively. I worked at non-profit mental health clinics for over 15 years before having life altering events lead to me changing my focus and opening up my own agency. Remembering these unexpected life events helps me to maintain compassion and empathy for my clients who are experiencing overwhelming stress, anxiety and/or depression. My work at the non-profit agencies included direct therapy service with children and their families. Once I moved into administration, I became the director of the Life Learning Center focused on helping transition age youth (16-25) work through their own mental health challenges and become productive adults and a director of the Outpatient clinic. I currently see clients in my own private practice, Fuller Life Concepts, INC. Additionally, I am on staff at Southern Caregiver Resource Center where I am an Operation Family Caregiver Coach, providing coaching services to caregiver of our service members and veterans who have been diagnosed with Post traumatic Stress Disorder and/or Traumatic Brain Injury.
I have experience working with clients who have struggle with anxiety, depression, marital issues, self-esteem issues, and much more. Additionally, I believe that trauma experiences can negatively effect the way we navigate through life. I work to help my clients become aware of the impact trauma has had on their lives and to understand how these experiences may impact our perception of the world. I have a collaborative approach and use cognitive behavioral techniques and integrate Gestalt practices when needed.

Kim is top notch. She listens carefully and attentively and will insightfully bring up things I mentioned in past sessions. I highly recommend her.
Kim is simply awesome! She obviously loves her job and she enthusiastically offers her expert help and guidance. With video sessions I was worried that I’d feel disconnected from my therapist but with Kim I feel like we are in the same room. She is always fully engaged and full of wonderfully insightful questions and feedback.
After each session I feel like I’ve made such progress with my understanding of myself. I walk away feeling better and better about my journey through life both in the past and on the road ahead.
Thank you, Kim!
I don’t even know how to start to describe the help that Kim has given me. I honestly believe that I was going to live in emotional pain for the rest of my life, and now that I’ve been working with him, the tools the advice on the inside she has provided me, have completely changed my perspective and my life. I will forever be grateful to Kim.
Kim is amazing - a great listener, and always has something for me to add to my toolbox. I daily utilize her tools and a mantra she helped me discover through our work together. Highly recommend her!
Kim is kind, patient and insightful. She is reliable and consistent and ready for each appointment with the same good humor and positive disposition each and every time. I look forward to continuing my counseling experience with her.
i've been talking with Kim for about 2 - 3 months now and i'm very thankful for her input on things. she listens very well, doesn't judge and offers well thought out solutions and hypothesis' based on the things I tell her. very thankful and because of her, I'm beginning to understand myself much better.
Kim Fuller is great, and I trust the process in her work with me.
Having Kim as my counselor so far has been amazing. This is the first time in my life I feel like someone understands me and respects me enough to allow me to open up. I have already noticed a huge improvement in my mental health in the few weeks we have worked together and cannot wait to see where this journey takes me. Thanks for all you do for us, Kim! I feel lucky that I found you through BetterHelp!
Kim is just getting to know me but so far she seems to get what works best for me and we are working slowly in the right direction.
Kim responds really well and I appreciate that. She’s understanding and provides helpful feedback. I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Kim so far.
Kim is so easy to speak with and she is very supportive. I look forward to our sessions together and feel that she supports me in becoming the best I can be.
