About Me

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to help. With over 15 years experience, I support adults going through major life changes, trauma, infertility, grief, cancer, and career and relationship issues. I combine the therapeutic modalities of cognitive behavior techniques, mindfulness, yoga therapeutics of breath and movement and hypnotherapy, when appropriate. As a 40 year yoga practitioner and yoga studio owner as well, I combine the best of Psychotherapy and Yoga Therapy (National Certification) to give you the tools for healing and growth.

Mrs Kim is absolutely amazing. She is such a great listener and encourager. I was so down and stuck in my head and stuck in the vicious cycle of anxiety and panic. This was absolutely the best decision I've made and i couldn't have got a better therapist. She did an amazing job in helping me unwiring my brain and dealing with overwhelming emotions. She guided me through relationship issues and made sure i understood my partner better. I had 1 month of therapy but the changes I was able to make will help me for the rest of my life ❤

I have only been with Kim for a short time but in that time she has been extremely supportive and a great listener. I really feed she understands me which is great for me as I've not had the best experience with counsellors. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kim is very nice and easy to talk to. She gave me some exercises to try to relax and release tension and so far they seem to be helping.
