About me
Everyone can benefit from counseling. Everyone deserves a space dedicated to their needs and someone who not only hears you but will listen.
Reaching out is the first step, and likely the most difficult. I recognize seeking counseling as a strength and I utilize an empathetic approach to all clients, joining each person on their own, personal journey.

My approach is gentle and flexible to meet the needs of my clients and is rooted in years of clinical experience. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mostly listening and reflecting. I'm also trained in Hypnosis and teach coping mechanisms for stress. Some of my areas of specialty include working with Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Personality Disorders.

It's only my second meeting with Kim and I already think this is working so well. I almost had tears of joy towards the end of my session today. I've been on Betterhelp for 4 months and today was easily the most helpful session I've had. None of her advices are shallow or superficial. She asks just the right questions making the most of each session. She is very committed and truly cares for her clients. And she is VERY experienced and knows what she is doing!
