I am a licensed professional counselor with 8 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples. I have worked with a diverse population in various settings, from private practice, mental health rehabilitation, community and home-based programs, hospitals and school environments.
I view counseling in a holistic way, that focuses on whole-person wellness. All individuals are the expert of their own circumstances and lives. My work is about promoting personal growth and development, improving relationships, healing, progress, discovering purpose and affirming who you are. I assist clients in coping, communicating, identifying solutions, making steps toward positive change, making better choices in order to achieve specific goals by reinforcing your strengths, recognizing your abilities and realizing efforts to change.
BE WELL!
