This was my first time beginning therapy, and I was very nervous, but Kimberly has been incredible! She makes me feel very comfortable and it’s so helpful to have someone help identify and validate my feelings. She helps me redirect my overthinking or heightened emotions towards bettering myself, and I couldn’t have grown this much without her. I can apply what I learn from her to most situations and I believe it makes me a more positive and emotionally responsible person! She’s the best case scenario for me in my growing process :)
