I have been in the field of mental health and addictions for over 21 years. I have a passion for helping others reach their full potential and meeting people right where they are. I am dedicated and devoted to this field and has served in various settings and roles in order to make the most effective change in those capacities. I am also a certified master life coach and have vast experience in public speaking and consulting.
In my clinical work, I am clinically trained to treat and assess various mental health disorders. However, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, as well as, addressing spirituality and cultural issues through individual, couples, family, group, and coaching sessions. I have experience working with individuals from all age groups, as well as, various ethnic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds.
