About me

I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 25+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues just to name a few. I understand individual and family development and am trained in eco-systemic family therapy. It is incredibly important for me to know my clients feels safe, valued, and heard. It is an honor to walk beside someone during a difficult time and provide pathways to healing that fit for each client. I see my role in many ways as to empower, support, and teach as we form a strong therapeutic relationship build on mutuality. Identifying a person’s strengths, looking at patterns, and understanding how a person’s past has influence on decisions and relationships today is incredibly valuable. I myself have raised two young adults and know how difficult it is to blend a family. Relationships are challenging at times however can be so incredibly beautiful. Thank you for making the decision to work on yourself and grow. The first step is often the hardest and you have done it. Bravo!

Kimberly Holt is an amazing therapist. She has helped me in so many ways, I was broken when I started in September 2023. I am becoming the best version of myself because of Kimberly. She listens, she hears me, she pushes me (in a good way), and challenges me. She does not just tell me what she thinks I want the hear, she has given me the tools I need to overcome, my anxiety, my bad habits of self sabotaging. Kimberly Holt is amazing!!!! I am blessed that she found me I could not have been matched with a better therapist.

If you are feeling stuck, like you need help, this therapist will get you moving and help you. Of course, your own attitude is everything in therapy but working with Kimberly has been such an enormous help. I am so thankful for her caring and graceful approach to my issues, and her insights on the ways that I can be happier.
