I always bring authenticity and honesty to sessions, infused with a bit of humor when appropriate. I utilize CBT, cognitive processing therapy, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches in dealing with most issues.

Insightful and supportive, Kimberly Pretty asks just the right questions at the right time to help me make constructive progress. Her grounded perspective, kind spirit, and keenly focused challenges are essential guidance to cover the ground I want to and also discover the ground I need to cover for lasting change, too.
Ms. Pretty is kind and listens well. She always asks for my input and doesn’t just tell me things to do.
Very friendly & professional

Her calm, open, kind, and responsive communication style has really helped me feel comfortable and safe. As someone with multiple complex issues - and who is new to therapy - I am very grateful to have been paired with her. She has really been able to help me see myself more clearly and identify some techniques that I can use to find balance in my day to day life.

An amazing therapist!
I worked with Kimberly for several months; she is genuine and friendly, making sure to check in with me even when I could not immediately schedule a next regular session. She helped me explore and understand myself so I could help myself more effectively, and for that I’m thankful!
Just two sessions in. Of anyone tries to analyze their therapy that early they don’t understand the process.
Kimberly has been great so far to work with. She is knowledgeable and professional and I have confidence in her
