This was my first session with Kim. She is down to earth and easy to talk too. I’m looking forward to my next session with her.

I’ve only had two video sessions with Kimberly so far, but we’ve exchanged countless messages; and that’s where she truly shines. Writing is my preferred way to communicate, and Kimberly not only respects that, she embraces it. She reads my messages promptly and always responds quickly, even when she’s busy. She kindly lets me know that she has read my message and will get back to me as soon as she’s able to. That kind of response makes me feel more comfortable because it reminds me that she’s human too. It never feels like she’s looking down on me.
Her responses are always thoughtful and insightful. She gives me new ideas and helps me think outside the box. She asks questions that encourage me to look at things from a different perspective, which helps me grow and make progress. She also answers questions honestly. If she doesn’t have the answer right away, she takes the time to research it and provides a well-informed response later.
Kimberly also offers a wide range of additional resources when she feels they might help. However, she always asks if I’m interested before sharing and takes the time to explain how those resources could be useful. She never pushes her ideas on me. Instead, she remains open-minded and respectful of my preferences. Most importantly, she is not judgmental. I feel completely safe talking to her about anything.
In my opinion, everyone needs their own Kimberly. She is kind, responsive, insightful, and genuinely supportive. I’m truly grateful to have her as my therapist.
