Kimberly Schwartz, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work spans a wide range of concerns, including trauma and abuse, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients navigate communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, guilt, shame, and the process of forgiveness.
I work with diverse populations, including children, teens, adults, military members and veterans, first responders, and individuals managing ADHD and autism spectrum experiences. I also specialize in supporting women through their unique challenges, young adults navigating identity and growth, and families working through blended family dynamics, codependency patterns, and domestic violence recovery.
My approach is grounded in understanding the interconnected nature of emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change at your own pace.
I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace, resilience, and connection.
