She’s been a good listener and has worked with me in the ways that are best suited for me, even checked in when I hadn’t responded as quickly as I usually do.

She’s been a rock for me and extremely helpful in my life issues. I would still be in a very unhappy place if it wasn’t for my time with her!

She is an amazing listener.....and also understands me....very important....because I can pick up on those things of someone who does not truly understand someone like me, but she has a phenomenal approach to my issues and I appreciate that......thank you, Kathy New

Kimberly is a really good counselor. She takes time to listen to your problems. She is knowledgeable about a lot of things. She has helped me deal with a lot of struggles i've had. I recommend her to anyone who needs a good counselor.

I really enjoy speaking with Kimberly and am very happy with the receptiveness of her messages. I think she's been a great help to me for the past couple weeks and I will continue to speak with her on a weekly basis.

I am very glad that I found BetterHelp, I was matched with another therapist but felt it wasn’t a great match and then I was Matched with Kimberly and she has been very encouraging and supportive, I feel like I can be honest and communicate openly, which is something I felt too scared to do in face to face therapy.
