Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberly Stratton. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Kimberly is so easy to talk to. I feel comfortable enough talking to her like I’m talking to a good friend, but I also feel confident in her professional knowledge. She’s kind and smart and listens. I haven’t felt the need to overexplain and I’ve never felt forgotten about. She checks in, and helps set up a solid treatment plan with goals. In the short amount of time that I’ve been in therapy, I have been able to apply alot of our goals in my day to day life, and process my past.

I have seen a few therapists in my life and I always ended up quitting because I didn’t think they could push me enough and in the right direction. Kimberly clocked me immediately and I opened up bigger than ever in my first session. If you need to feel heard, validated, and challenged to make change, she’s the one!
