Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberly Williams. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Working with Kimberly Williams has been truly transformative. They’ve created a space where I feel fully seen and heard, helping me learn to be much gentler with myself. Their approach balances deep empathy with thoughtful guidance, validating my emotions without judgment but with accountability. Through our sessions, I’ve experienced a real shift in perspective — I’m learning to release harsh self-criticism and embrace a more compassionate view of myself. I’m so grateful for their support, insight, and the tools they’ve given me to move forward with more confidence and self-kindness.

I have been working with Kim for a year and we have built a very trusting relationship. I am really grateful for the space she holds for me in helping me process things. She welcomes the things that are harder to talk about, that I’m sad about or less proud of, and always celebrates my wins too. Sometimes she just validates how I’m feeling when something sucks, and when appropriate she will offer a great insight that I might be missing. I really feel that Kim is in my corner and someone I can trust and having that to lean on is a very valuable layer in building a sense of safety in your world. I hope everyone finds a Kim!
