Kirsty is really kind and understanding and makes me feel comfortable to share my problems and concerns. She reassures me and listens when im spiralling in my thoughts and helps bring me back. The worksheets she gives me are also very useful :)

She is amazing, listening to me in a non judgemental way and allowing me to explore my feelings. I would highly recommend. Thankyou

Just had my first session with kirsty last week, and I feel that she is genuine, listens and asks insightful questions, as I've had therapists in the past who I feel don't listen to me and couldn't say the main reason I was there at the time.

Kirsty is very empathetic, listens well and responds with warmth and always constructively. She asks the right question every time and provides me with an alternative perspective or approach. After each session I feel calm, settled, more positive about myself and my direction.
