Kiyana Zachery, LMFT
About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is both evidence-based and compassionate, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic focus on the mind, body, and emotional well-being.
I help clients identify patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop practical tools they can apply in everyday life. Whether you’re working through stress, healing from past experiences, or trying to improve communication and relationships, I provide a supportive space where you can process openly and move toward real change.
For clients who desire it, I also incorporate faith-based perspectives in a respectful and meaningful way, without minimizing the reality of life’s challenges.
My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
